We take pride in checking all orders before packing them for delivery. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we regret that return and refund of item(s) CANNOT be accommodated.
We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged upon arrival with the exception of items listed in paragraph 6 below.
If replacement is not for the same item and of a lower dollar value, there will be no refund for the excess amount. For replacement item of a higher dollar value, customer will need to top up the difference.
Exchange item(s) to be returned are not used and in the same condition as when you received them. Customer will have to bear the delivery postage fees involved in the exchange process.
Kindly email us at email@example.com with clear, close up snapshot photo of the defective item(s) within 7 days of delivery date if you would like to return them. DO NOT return the item(s) until you receive our reply or acknowledgement of your request.
All food, milk formula, health supplements, sale/discounted/special priced items are not exchangeable or refundable.
